Returns & Refunds
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
At Signed By Chloé, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase under specific conditions.
Please note that cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE:
Exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged items received
- Defective products
- Incorrect item received
Other exchange requests may be considered at the discretion of Signed By Chloé.
INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:
For hygiene and quality control reasons, exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The lace has been cut
- The hair has been dyed, coloured, or chemically altered
- The wig cap has been cut or altered
- The item is missing its original packaging or box
- The wig or hair has been worn
- Tags, combs, or any attachments have been removed
- Any alterations have been made to the wig cap, lace, or hair
AUTOMATIC REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF:
Refunds will automatically be issued in the following cases:
- Your order is cancelled by Signed By Chloé
- One or more items sell out after your order has been processed
- Orders flagged as duplicate, suspicious, fraudulent, or bot activity

- Order number (XXXXXX)
- Product name
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Our team will review your request and assist you with a solution as quickly as possible.
