Shipping policy

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Canada Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Express Canada Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

Express US Shipping: 3-9 Business Days

International Shipping: 10-21 Business Days

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

Custom wigs take 10-21 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and shipping. All wigs come fully customized & styled & with an adjustable elastic band. Please be sure to correctly measure your head circumference and choose the correct cap size.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it is handed over to the mail carrier.
